Manaslu Larke La Pass via Annapurna Thorong La Pass Trek offers a unique opportunity to experience a reasonably untouched region of Nepal while Annapurna region is one of the most popular trekking destinations in the world. This trekking is an ambitions trek assembles two of the most beautiful trekking destination of Nepal. It is the most diversified and alluring trekking destination but Manaslu region is within off the beaten trekking trails and it is also a significant lake of the Hindu devotes. This grand trip offers you an opportunity to explore abundant Himalayan white peaks and the cultural attractions of the Tibetan Buddhist. This trek is suitable for the people who are looking for a challenging but rewarding trip. Besides the circuit trek also provides a chance to explore Kathmandu. This part is Nepal sees only a handful of trekking each year and you can expect the trails to be less crowded. Manaslu Larke La Pass via Annapurna Thorong La Pass Trek is the combination of the two treks where we will Manaslu Circuit and the Annapurna Round throng-La pass. We choose to climb Thorong La pass as it is most admired one. During the time of trekking, we get an opportunity to know about the culture, tradition, and the lifestyle of the local people of these two regions.

Manaslu Larke La Pass via Annapurna Thorong La Pass Trek is the most diversified and alluring trekking destination but Manaslu region is within off the beaten trekking trail. At the time of trekking, we will enter one of the most popular two conservation areas of Nepal Annapurna conservation area and Manaslu conservation area which is also known as the home of many rare birds, wild animals, flora, and fauna. Manaslu Larke La Pass via Annapurna Thorong La Pass Trek will pass through the lush forest of rhododendron, pine, and oak. While trekking on this route on the route, we will see Gurung, Magar, Rai, Limbu, and Lama People who are the local inhabitant of these two areas. We will walk downhill in the holy River to Kali Gandaki and enjoy with apple garden along the trail. We have a great view of the mountain which includes Mt Manaslu, Machhapuchher, Ganesh Himal, Annapurna, and many other mountains which can be seen from these two routes. The most interesting things about the trek are close interactions with the local and ethnic groups living around the route which provides a great opportunity to augments multi-cultures for tourists. The season between March to May and September and November is one of the best seasons for trekking in these routes.

Day 05: Maccha Khola to Jagat (1410m) 6 -7 hrs

Day 06: Jagat to Deng (1,804m) 6-7 hrs

Day 07: Deng to Namrung (2630m) 6 – 7 hrs

Day 08: Namrung to Samagaon (3530m) 6-7 hrs

Day 09: Samagaon to Pungyen gompa return to Samagaon 6 – 7 Hrs

Day 10: Samagaon to Samdo (3860m) 4 – 5 hrs

Day 13: Dharamsala to Larkya La (5160m) to Bimthang (3720m) 8 – 9 hrs

Day 15: Tilije to Chame (2,710m) 6-7 hrs

Day 16: Chame- Pisang (3,700m) 5-6 hrs

Day 19: Siri Kharka to Tilicho Base Camp (4140m) 5-6 hrs

Day 20: Visit Tilicho Lake (4,949m) then back to Siri Kharka 5-6 hrs

Day 21: Siri Kharka to Yak Kharka (4040m) 4-5 hrs

Day 22: Yak Kharka to Thorang Phedi (4420m) 3-4 hrs

Day 23: Thorang Phedi to Muktinath 8-9 hrs Drive to Jomsom (2,743m) 1 hr

Day 24: fly from Jomsom to Pokhara 25 minutes

Day 25: Pokhara to Kathmandu 6 hrs

Details Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

We will have the representative waiting for you at the airport upon your arrival. After welcoming in the airport, we will move towards Thamel bazaar where we will spend one night. Before we reach the hotel, we will see the Pashupatinath temple which is the famous temple for the Hindu people. In the Thamel Bazaar, we may also stroll in the streets. And we will have a great night in Kathmandu valley.

Day 02: Explore a day in Kathmandu Valley 

After breakfast, move to sightseeing tours to world heritage sites of Pashupatinath Temple the holiest Hindu Temple on the bank of sacred Bagmati River, Boudhanath Stupa the biggest Buddhist Stupa architecture in the world, more, Swayambhunath Stupa-the 2000 years old legendary stupa on the hillock also nick-named as monkey temple. Your day tour ends Kathmandu Durbar Square Showcasing living goddess Kumari Temple, Nautale Durbar, the Kaal Bhairav, the Sweet Bhairav, the freak Street and more.

Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Sotikhola (710m) 8 - 9 hrs

If the hotel is able to make the breakfast then we will have our breakfast in the hotel and if not we will have our breakfast on the way. From Kathmandu, we will take the tourist bus towards Sotikhola from where we officially start our trek. During the drive, we enjoy views of the Nepalese countryside along with the mountain scenery. After reach in Sotikhola, we will check out the hotel and we will have a great night in this beautiful bazaar. 

Day 04: Soti Khola to Maccha Khola (900m) 6 - 7 hrs

On the 3rd, we will slowly start our trekking towards Machhe Khola after having breakfast in the hotel where we spend one night. Today is the first-day walking trekking of our Manaslu circuit trek. Today we head down again to the river and cross another suspension bridge to reach Maccha Khola where we will spend one night.  

Day 05: Maccha Khola to Jagat (1410m) 6 -7 hrs

We cross the Machha Khola, headstream to the tiny village of Khorla Bensi and the hot springs at Tatopani. We will cross the west bank of the Budhi Gandaki. We climb over a ridge and the trek along the river and then climb towards the villages of Jagat where we will spend one night in these beautiful villages.  

Day 06: Jagat to Deng (1,804m) 6-7 hrs

We will leave Jagat, cross the suspension bridges and reach Salleri from where the majestic views of Sringi Himal can be seen. We will have our lunch on the way then after we will slowly move towards Deng where we will spend one night. 

Day 07: Deng to Namrung (2630m) 6 - 7 hrs

During this one day trekking, we will pass through the forest and painted Mani stones and a corner from where we reach Ghap. From here we climb uphill to join the trail that leads to Bih. On the way will have our lunch on the way and we will slowly move towards Namrung where we will spend one night. 

Day 08: Namrung to Samagaon (3530m) 6-7 hrs

After having breakfast, early in the morning, we will slowly start our trekking towards Samagaun after spending the wonderful night in Namrung. Today is the short day on our trekking because there are so magnificent views on the way to Samagaun where we will spend one night in this beautiful village.

Day 09: Rest day in Samagaon

Today we don’t start our trekking because today is for the rest day. This is a day for rest at Samagau to give you some acclimation. We stay in Samagaou and explore the surrounding areas or visit Birendra Tal and Anie Gompa. We will be making our body active constantly by hiking to a nearby location or exploring the area so that our body used to the altitude.  

Day 10: Samagaon to Samdo (3860m) 4 - 5 hrs

In the morning time, we will slowly move towards Samdo after spending the wonderful night in Samagaon. We come across the forest field with birch, juniper, rhododendron, moss, and lichen. This is an excellent viewpoint for Mt Manaslu, Samdo, Nagdi Chuli, Sonam Himal, Manaslu glacier before reach in Samdo where we will spend one night in this village. 

Day 11: Rest Day in Samdo

Today we don’t start our trekking because today is for the rest day. This is a day for rest at Samagau to give you some acclimation. We stay in Samagaou and explore the surrounding areas or visit Birendra Tal and Anie Gompa. We will be making our body active constantly by hiking to a nearby location or exploring the area so that our body used to the altitude.

Day 12: Samdo to Dharamsala (4460m) 4 - 5 hrs

Early in the morning, after having breakfast we will slowly move towards Larkya La Phedi after the wonderful night in Samdo.  We will have great mountain views on the way and we get an opportunity to see the beautiful villages of this route. The night will be spent at a lodge in Samdo.  

Day 13: Dharamsala to Larkya La (5160m) to Bimthang (3720m) 8 - 9 hrs

We walk across moraines of the glacier, make a gradual ascent which becomes steeper only in the last section of the pass. During the time of this day trekking, we get an opportunity to see the wonderful views of the mountain which includes Himlung Himal, Choe Himal, and other mountains in this region. We will have our lunch on the way then after we will slowly move towards Bimthang.   

Day 14: Bimthang to Tilije (2300m) 5 - 6 hrs

We leave Bimthang for Tilije. After having breakfast early in the morning we will slowly start our trekking towards Tilije after spending the wonderful night in Bimthang. We make our way down towards high pasture and then a bridge over Dudh Khola. We walk down you cross a stream to reach Tilije we will spend one night in this village.  

Day 15: Tilije to Chame (2,710m) 6-7 hrs

From Tilije we descend first then cross a suspension bridge and until we reach Thoche villages. From here we will move towards Annapurna trails. At the time of trekking, we will have our lunch on the way then after we will slowly move towards Chame where we will spend one night.

Day 16: Chame- Pisang (3,700m) 5-6 hrs

The day starts through deep forest in a steep and narrow cross a river on a long bridge. As the trail opens up you will be surrounded by the majestic Himalayan peak. We cross another bridge, from where the view of the soaring Paungda Danda rock face really begins to appear.   

Day 17: Pisang to Manang (3,500m) 4-5 hrs

As you just hike to Manag village you can stay there for exploring around. Enter the upper Manang region where you will notice a contrast with the landscape and vegetations. On the way, we will have our lunch and then we will move towards Manang where we will spend the wonderful night.  

Day 18: Manang to Siri Kharka (4060m) 4-5 hrs

We will leave Manang for Siri Kharaka after having breakfast early in the morning. We head out through the western gates and follow the path down to the river. We make the climb steadily through Tenki Manang, leaving the Marsyandi Valley.  

Day 19: Siri Kharka to Tilicho Base Camp (4140m) 5-6 hrs

Today early in the morning, we will slowly move towards Tilicho Base Camp after spending the wonderful night in Siri Kharka. The trail goes through the middle of the landslide area and the rock formations along the trail are very impressive.

Day 20: Visit Tilicho Lake (4,949m) then back to Siri Kharka 5-6 hrs

After having breakfast early in the morning we will visit Tilicho Lake. We will get many opportunities to see the wonderful views of the mountain, beautiful natural scenery, and the landscapes of this trails. After visiting the Tilicho Lake we will back to Siri Kharaka where we will spend one night.  

Day 21: Siri Kharka to Yak Kharka (4040m) 4-5 hrs

Early in the morning, after having breakfast we will slowly start our trekking towards Yak Kharka after spending the wonderful night in Siri Kharka. We will continue walking until we don’t reach in Yak Kharka where we will spend one night. 

Day 22: Yak Kharka to Thorang Phedi (4420m) 3-4 hrs

In the morning, after having breakfast we will slowly start our trekking towards Thorang Phedi after spending the wonderful night in Yak Kharka. We descend from Siri Kharka toward Thare Gomba and in only a few minutes reach a trail junction where we will spend one night.

Day 23: Thorang Phedi to Muktinath 8-9 hrs Drive to Jomsom (2,743m) 1 hr

The pass is exhilarating to reach and is a transition from one major Himalayan views. After some time walking us will reach Thorang Phedi where we will have our lunch then after we will slowly move towards Muktinath after reach in Muktinath we will drive towards Jomsom where we will spend overnight.

Day 24: fly from Jomsom to Pokhara 25 minutes

We will move towards the local airport of Jomsom to fly towards Pokhara city. After reach in Pokhara, first of all, we will check out the hotel then we will move to explore all around the Pokhara city which is also known as the city of the lake. And we will spend another night in Pokhara.  

Day 25: Pokhara to Kathmandu 6 hrs

After spending the wonderful night in Pokhara Valley we will move towards Kathmandu valley. On the way, we will get an opportunity to see the beautiful natural scenery, landscapes and the small towns. After reach in Kathmandu valley, first of all, check out the hotel then after we will explore all around the Thamel Bazaar where we will spend one night.

Day 26: Final departure

Early in the morning, our staff will take you through the international airport to see you off. If your flight leaves early we will drop you off at the airport.
